We Verify Your Company

In order to comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and privacy laws, SappHire must confirm that you are ordering reports on behalf of a valid business for employment purposes. To verify your business, you will need to provide SappHire with basic information about your company and your Employer Identification Number (EIN), if available.

You Provide Basic Applicant Information

In order to begin a thorough background check, SappHire requires, at a minimum, your applicant’s Legal Name, Date of Birth, Social Security Number, and Email Address. The employer must obtain a consent form, and retain it on file, before SappHire begins the screening process.

We Provide Quick and Accurate Results

Once we receive applicant’s information and necessary documents, SappHire will email you the results within 1-3 business days depending on the depth of your report. At SappHire we pride ourselves on our quick turn-around time.
In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, (FCRA) an employer cannot withhold or deny employment based on a record returned from an Multi State Criminal Search. A follow up county search must be ordered to verify that the record is accurate and a match to the applicant.
